First, we know that a community without a legal foundation will often operate without clear direction. We are therefore excited to share that KetongBaca is now an established registered legal entity in Indonesia.
We hope this will motivate our team to manage KetongBaca with greater enthusiasm, making it a valuable platform for local children to develop their potential through reading.
Second, KetongBaca has received an 'Honorable Mention' recognition for a contest submission by Ibu Okta, as one of the top recognized programs that inspire the surrounding community and raise awareness about the importance of Education for Sustainable Development in Indonesia. This is an accomplishment worth celebrating, as this competition was conducted by the respected SDG Academy Indonesia. We are proud of and celebrate along with Ibu Okta for this achievement!

It was a joyful time of gathering and celebrating one year of KetongBaca Hueknutu!
Many children were able to gather, and we are thankful that the energy and excitement there in the village is still very strong to continue this digital reading room. We pray that KetongBaca may continue to be a blessing to the people there in Hueknutu for years to come.
It's been so very encouraging to see how the Lord continues to work through Ketongbaca in Hueknutu to be a blessing to the children there.
